Our values
Our values underpin everything that we do at Earl Spencer Primary School. These values help us make decisions about how to behave and the choices we make which are linked with our school rules.

Through a rounded programme of assemblies and events we promote children's spiritual, moral, social and cultural development, enabling them to develop their own moral and ethical compass to guide them in what is right and what is wrong.
Our values underpin our work to actively promote the fundamental British values of democracy, individual liberty, mutual respect and tolerance. We develop an understanding and appreciation of all faiths, backgrounds and cultures.
